As it should be. Note that living however you freely choose does not equal your beliefs being less silly or more respectable. They are still grade A stupid and entirely without merit. But I'm glad it tickles your fancy and has given you the illusion of strength and self-control... if that's what it had to take for you.

Christ would not condemn the homosexual in the same manner that some Christians do. He would not despise them or look down on them. He would love them and show them compassion and let all of the ones who did condemn know that they are not without sin. The account of the woman caught in adultery is one of my favorite passages. This is how my Lord would respond to such people.

Also, you do realize the passage that you're referring to is a known later interpolation and not indicative of anything originally recorded in John's Gospel, yes?
