Any being that claims to know everything can't know that for certain, because if there was something it didn't know, then it's also possible that it doesn't know that it doesn't know it; any knowledge a being is unaware it doesn't possess wouldn't appear in its approximation of what "everything" is, and so it could still claim to know everything, without actually knowing everything, and without ever knowing that its claim is wrong.
Any god that claims to know everything doesn't know if it really does know everything, and therefore doesn't know everything even from the outset.
And that, dear friends, is why omniscience is a self-refuting concept.
