So....what you're saying is that it's okay to execute people as long you keep unemployment down?
I was answering the myriad of comments posted concerning Texas and Rick Perry. As far as executing people goes, I think the death penalty is okay for convicted murderers according to the circumstances surrounding the crime and how much of a threat the murderer is alive. I need to do some research on the murder rate in Texas compared to states with no death penalty.
