Or perhaps, like most on this forum, just jumped around to atheist sites that pick and choose a handful of Scriptures out of context and twist them into a pretzel? Not buying your scrutiny of something you never really studied.
I like this passage: you start off asking me a question, but by the end of it you've clearly already decided on an answer before I could even respond which, to me, demonstrates that you had no interest in anything other than smearing my credibility rather than addressing the points I made.
In answer to your question, yes, I have read the bible through. It was a while ago now, but I still own a bible, too. My fiance, who's also a member here, used to be a fundamentalist christian. I know it might make you feel better to pretend that all atheists just haven't read your holy book, and that they just don't know what they're talking about, but that' a strawman built to do nothing but shore up your own beliefs against questions and comments you can't answer. The majority of us have read the bible, especially since a lot of us came from religious backgrounds. I'm an exception, because I didn't, but I'm still familiar with your holy book. You don't need to lower yourself to attacking the character of the person, rather than the content of their argument.
And you can "respectfully disagree" all you want: come back with an actual argument, and that might even mean something.
