What's the best way to shut up a Presuppositionalist?

They would claim that because God is the only foundation of rational thought, this objection is invalid.
You and I know they're begging the question, but they pretend not to be able to know that, and that anyone who disagrees is simply lying.

It's truly an obnoxious position, because they have no problem assuming logic and reason prove God, and therefore God cannot be disproven by logic and reason.
