True, but she's suing for 'mental anguish,' etc. I get it, but give me a break. She's still living. The kid she hit isn't.
She can counter sue to protect her assets, I get that, too. But, suing for her mental anguish is trying to profit off someone's loss. That's what is disgusting.
No doubt she has mental anguish, but somehow, I think the mother and father who lost their child, are suffering worse.
