I think you mean that, because they had no evidence for their beliefs, nothing testable or falsifiable and hence couldn't publish their ridiculous fantasies in mainstream publications, they split off and made up their own journal in a transparent attempt to paint a veneer of respectability over the things that they still have no evidence for, nor interest in performing tests.
