But no one can reasonably doubt that attention to these arguments has its place in any book on apologetics.

There shouldn't even be a book on apologetics. If there was a god, as described by Christians or many of the other faiths out there, then such a being wouldn't even need people to apologize for him not getting his message to all his people.

Not all the arguments are equally demonstrative.

"Demonstrative" isn't a word I would use in conjunction with this list. Nor should anyone else.
