About that mark he says evolution can't be observed. In fact it can, and it's the foundation of modern biology. It's as much a scientific fact as all those other fun theories like the theory of gravity, germ theory, and so forth.
It's like many people think the idea of something not going past theory status is a bad thing. we don't know everything. We don't pretend to know everything. Theories change over time, but that doesn't mean a scientific theory is no less valid.
Honestly it wouldn't take a whole lot to destroy evolution. An actual crocoduck, or fossils being in the wrong layer of earth, or something like that. However it doesn't happen, and it's highly unlikely that your average joe is going to destroy one of the foundations of modern science in a few minutes.
Ah, sorry, I didn't realize this had already been posted on here! But you're right, and I feel as though someone could go on forever contradicting the guy's opinions with fact but his way of argument is manipulation and word-play, which is what really bugs me.
