In your anger do not sin: Do not let the sun go down while you are still angry. Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen. Get rid of all bitterness, rage and anger, brawling and slander, along with every form of malice. Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you." A wise man restrains his anger and overlooks insults. This is too his credit." (Proverbs 19:11, LB)
Surprised at you GC!
This was written by the Apostle Paul to the church in Ephesus. It is meant as wonderful guideline in life and a way to live happily with ones neighbors and fellow believers. It is not meant to restrict a Christian from ever showing anger towards an ignorant thought or person. Jesus became angry without sin. Perhaps you should learn the Bible before spouting off like an idiot.
