Or in the case of my (ex) pharmacy, where screw ups can kill innocent people.
When I was a kid, it seemed people didn't yell at doctors, lawyers, nurses, pharmacists, and I think it was because they weren't perceived as fuck ups. Since my negative experiences with the Shopko Pharmacy, I've had to question my upbringing in that regard. The twerp I had to talk to earlier this week is certainly aware of my unhappiness. I noted had they simply done their jobs I wouldn't have attempted to switch to Prime Therapeutics only to then discover they were more incompetent than you people at Shopko. I think the kid was a tad stunned I was that blunt about it.
Before I looked into Prime, I went to WalMart, and realized some of the problem people let go from Shopko were working there. Made that decision easy, didn't even give them the chance to fuck up. Prime came highly recommended, and as a mail order service, the 90 day supply at a time looked like a big time saver for me instead of what seems like the weekly trip to the local pharmacy. Surprisingly, their mission statement, as near as I can infer, says nothing about actually getting a pill to a prescribee.
