You're right, I should capitalize as I do not want to seem uneducated. Which is definitely not the case, I have plenty of education formal and informal.

It was so nice to reach atheism because I finally got peace and comfort in my life. I no longer had to worry about my soul being in peril and I didn't have to question why things weren't making sense to me when they seemed to make sense to "everyone" else.
