Yes, I would have to agree with you. I'm mostly talking about those who do tend to discriminate. But I would also agree with you that it seems like there are a lot of people who generally propose a deistic god without realizing it, and then are often piggybacking various christian teachings onto it.
Exactly, and this deists are not people that bother me and as a matter of fact I respect their view, even though there is no evidence it still is more plausible than the theistic religious view. I too have a problem with people that are like 'Oh my god you don't believe in god? This isn't possible how do you not believe if I know he exists?' - This is super annoying
