They could just as easily "get their supplies" by pissing into buckets. Such is the nature of an insurgency.

"Surrounding" an enemy willing to detonate himself (or others) isn't generally a good idea. Nor is responding to said douchebags moves (giving him the initiative) going to get you past the pillbox.
