Because Christian America is supposed to help fulfill the prophecy that two prophets will lie dead, killed in the streets of Jerusalem, in order to usher in the second coming of Jesus. This can't happen if Israel isn't in place in the middle of ass-backwards-ville.

You're off on the time-line. You forgot that the Beast anti-Christ and the False Prophet will rise first to rule the world and will persecute the Christians. The False Prophet will cause everyone to worship the Beast and to receive a mark in their right hands or in their foreheads, and no one will be able to buy or sell unless they have the mark or the "number" of his name. The two prophets will rise afterward to witness against the anti-Christ for a period of 3 1/2 years and will have power to strike the Earth with as many plagues as they will against all those who worship the anti-Christ and who receive the "mark" of his name. After that 3 1/2 years period the Beast anti-Christ will be able to kill the two Prophets and their bodies will lay in the streets of Jerusalem for three and a half days. After that God will raise them back to life and they will stand upon their feet and be taken into heaven in the sight of all the Earth to see. Seven years after the Beast anti-Christ and the False Prophet first rose to power, they will gather their armies together to do battle against the returning Christ and his army of angels at Armageddon, (Megido). The Beast anti-Christ and the False Prophet will be taken alive and cast into the Lake of Fire to be tormented day and night, forever and ever. The Devil will be chained and cast into a bottomless pit for a thousand years. Jesus will regin on the Earth from Jerusalem and there will be a thousand years of peace. Afterward, the Devil will be loosed from the bottomless pit to go abroad in the Earth and gather together all the nations, Gog and Magog and do one final battle. They will march up the breadth of the Earth and will compass Jerusalem about. Fire from God will fall upon them from heaven and they will be destroyed. The Devil will be taken and will be cast alive into the Lake of Fire with the Beast and False prophet. The Earth and the heavens will be destroyed and all those who died without Christ will be ressurrected to stand before the White Throne Judgement of God. Books will be opened. Those who are not written in the Lamb's Book of Life will be cast into the Lake of Fire. Afterward, God will create a new Heaven and a new Earth where the saved in Jesus Christ will live forever with Him......Condensed version of events.

So maybe they should be allowed to bring in construction materials the normal way. Why do the Palestinians live in concentration camps?!?

They bring in weapons to attack Israel with and they get their asses bombed. They don't live in concentration camps. They live in neighborhoods harboring Hamas.
