I said no professor gives more than 16 because it's almost impossible to have a higher mark, in law it's though to have everything right in an exam. Some professors may occasionally give a 17, but the average grade, adding everything and dividing by the number of classes, is usually 15 or 14 for the best students, and these are usually 2 or 3 people per each 150 students, they are the future university professors. As for me, I have an average grade of 13 (It's 65/100) and my colleagues consider me very smart.
