I think it's silly to generalize "modern western feminism," honestly...
Feminism takes many forms, it's a world view, one that is individual and diverse and should not be the subject of disdain but discussion. I see a little too much misty eyed optimism in this image.
Firstly, I would assert that the wage gap is not a myth, in my field--finance--men receive far higher compensation. I see misogyny in practice on a daily basis and an air of disdain for female intellect. Analysts will respect you but your manager won't, but of course this isn't true in every office, city, state, etc. This is why we can't generalize across industries, positions, age groups.
Slut shaming pisses me off, but what pisses me off more are the women who don't understand equality is still an uphill battle for women across the world. Modern Western Feminism has its place.
