I'm not saying bite your tounge (I'm personally a firm believer in speaking what you believe in)... If you believe they're crazy feel free to tell them that (what you're saying is though nothing will ever change my mind and I think you're crazy... I'm simply talking about the fact you're seeming closed-minded by having such an absolute stance of nothing will change my mind ever. You could just say
"What the hell are you talking about. Try what? God? That's suppose to straighten my spine, uncompress my disk, get rid of my 3rd nipple? I'm also near sighted and have astigmatism.
