There a lots of things that shouldn't occur, but this is not utopia, they do occur.

In my example the person in question is the company owner, so how logical is it to remove the owner from the workplace? Seriously, I understand your point but this black and white outlook on human resource management specially in small businesses where one has to interact with staff intensively is ridiculous. There is no good outcome for a bigot/racists/sexist boss with an employee that represent everything that he/she hates. So the most logical thing for him/her to do is not hire that person to begin with.
I agree with you. Perhaps in the hiring process it could cause issues. But the services they provide they should not have the right to discriminate over things like color and sex. Hopefully there will be less and less bigot racist bosses in the near future, and I think racism as something I will see slowly dissipate in my lifetime.
But yet again if the company was known to be racist I could see it perhaps failing due to society not accepting the company and supporting it, I would have no problems and trying to get his company shut down. And that just may have to be the way to remove these types of people, if they don't want to conform with society we will shut them down. This Rand Paul guy is a racist fuck imo. Also he is staunchly against abortion, thats just stupid. Republicans are for less government intrusion..... he says you cant have abortion. It hurts my brain.
