No, generally Tibetans set themselves on fire to protest Chinese occupation. Just Google "tibet immolation", if you have a strong stomach. Buddhists don't believe in gods who promise them virgins for killing non-believers. Only Islam promises that.

Although Tamils in Sri Lanka used suicide bombing and they're not Islamic (Hindu?).
