US Says Russia Violated a 1987 Nuclear Missile Treaty

I think this is quite hypocritical as it is coming from a President who himself violated international laws with the use of secret drone strikes in Afghanistan, Pakistan, Yemen, Iraq, Libya, Somalia, Gaza, and possibly other countries.
Are there even valid evidences for making this accusation?
