Because the police officer that killed him wasn't aware that he was a robbery suspect when he pulled the trigger. It literally isn't germane to the situation at hand, and hence is just an attempt to paint Brown as a bad guy after the fact.

There is no justification for looting. However, the looting happened on Saturday, while the police were still shooting at and tear gassing peaceful protestors days later, which is the only point I made. It's strange that you missed it.
