Apparently the clerk was pissed that Mike Reached over the counter to get the cigars. Also, notice in the previous video (the one that was released by Ferguson PD) that Mike Brown didn't touch the clerk until after the clerk grabbed (assaulted) him.
Also, as of this morning, Ferguson PD has kicked the media as well as Amnesty International off the streets.
So what was that about Occam's Razor?
