Perhaps you and I have different equations for comparing mosquitoes and people's faces, torsos, lives. That's completely fair. I don't know you and I don't presume to know. But I will guess!
I guess from your posts that you are very strong and will not take any insult lightly. Do you resort to violence, punching, kicking, MMA awesome crazy shit, every-time you are insulated? I should guess you don't. So you must have some other means of handling disagreement.
Do you like cars? I for one do. If you do this analogy will make sense. If you don't It won't.
Say for example somebody came up to you and insisted on discussing the merits of a 64' Shelby Mustang vs a 65' Shelby Mustang. And you informed him clearly that there was no Shelby in 64 and no production in 65 of the Shelby Mustang which was strictly a racing version later introduced as the GT in 65. You did so, Politely. And He insisted there was a 64!
Baring Violence what would you do from there? You'd informed him of the clear truth, but he's a drunk so he doesn't compute it. What's your next, not "punch him in the face" or "insert profanity here" course of action?
Na, of course I was talking more about protecting yourself if it did come to a fight, a drunk is more easily put down by someone who is sober. If you live with this drunk, well of course you have to do something about it, either tell him to piss off, or get out from there yourself. And again there's the police, that's not violence, its only violence if he wants to make the situation violent.
