Let's say Brown killed an entire class of kindergarteners 20 minutes before being shot 6 times for not moving to the sidewalk. The person who shot him would still be a murderer. Just because someone may or may not have committed a crime doesn't mean the police can kill them for jay walking.
I agree. But apparently, & I don't know if it's this way in every state or Missouri is just extra special, the prosecutor controls nearly all aspects of what gets shown or told to the Grand Jury.
Also, & this is just in Missouri, the cop's statements are considered valid evidence for the same cop's defense. All he has to say is he was afraid for his life, no evidence of that needed, even if it flies in the face of logic or the rest of the situation.

The DOJ & FBI getting off their ass & doing something is basically Brown's parents only shot at justice.
