If the translation that drich found is correct then yeh he's right that's the question explained.
If you're wondering why there's a commandment to give god love it's because it's a type of love described as an unconditional love.
It makes sense to me.
I don't thing the bible is using love in the modern, internet dating profile style of the word love.
God isn't commanding that you have an instant spark and good chemistry with him, or your neighbor.
The only way to calm a lama down is to love it.
