Can you love on command?

This is true, that love cannot be commanded, but one who doesn't know love must start from somewhere. Its sort of like obeying the road rules, such as stopping at a red light, we lean that rule when we are just starting to drive a car, but what is more important than the rule is, that we don't go through a red light because we could kill someone or ourselves, this realization is above the law.
