You keep calling yourself a gnostic Christian, but I think we must have very different definitions for that word.
I would have to know your definition but this link show my basic beliefs, but as an emerging religion, I am still trying to define it as Christianity destroyed much of their scriptures and there was also a lot of different sects.

Indeed. Much of what Jesus actually taught fit's better to Eastern thinking and the Western church does not teach it.
They highlight obedience while the Eats go for enlightenment.
They want people who can stand proud and alone while Christianity wants humble people on their knees just doing what they are told to do without thought.
Matthew 6:22 The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light.
John 14:23 Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him.
Luke 17:21 Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.
Romans 8:29 For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.
I became a brethren to Jesus a while back.

When you can call your God I am and mean you, then you will begin to know the only God you can ever know. That is Gnosis.
