Another sign I saw, no longer there was outside doctors offices. On the top it said "OBGYN" and under it said "for women" NO REALLY? Glad you told me that.

There's a sign in my (actually Sam's) doctor's offices next to the stairwell which informs visitors as to which office is on each floor, then ends with the instruction to “Please use lift or stairs.”

There's a door on the outside of a building on campus, and the door has been labelled with "outside".
