I have a sign in my neighborhood, a Yellow caution sign. On the top in big black letters it says "SLOW". Under it has a black human like stick figure depicting a kid running. At the bottom it says "children at play".

"Slow children at play" and all I can think is "What are you trying to say about the kids in our neighborhood?"

Another sign I saw, no longer there was outside doctors offices. On the top it said "OBGYN" and under it said "for women" NO REALLY? Glad you told me that.

Were I used to work there was a sign that said "The exits are on the way out" Which I found rather unhelpful.
