Basically it seems to be that anyone some jesus freak moron doesn't like is the "anti-christ."
At least the vast majority say "THE" Antichrist, as in the one that will bring on the Rapture and do battle with Jesus. Caramel here is saying that we're all antichrists. But then, Carmy can redefine any terms he likes.
