Snowflake is having trouble creating a narrative that doesn't conflict with itself - all while we're kind of letting him manufacture the details wholecloth - so that says something about his competency in this regard and whether or not we ought to point to any sage wisdom he offers as representative of, well, anything - the very least of which the contents, themes and origins of something as meaty as Genesis.
Quote:Unless he's going to compromise on what constitutes a verifiable description of the place - which I'm sure he wouldn't do - then we have to go with all the furniture as described.Given that he's two hairs away from a storm drain flooding a chicken coop in georgia regarding the deluge..... he's probably willing to make compromises on the garden as well.
The garden may be anywhere, and personally, I think that's kind of the point - the authors intent (or the will of the audience..or both). A standin for -x- wherein x is kind of up to you. To use starwars...
"A long time ago, in a galaxy far far away" - works better than "26million years (add months days and minutes...maybe mention a day of the week), at XGH7-128876" - as a narrative.
