As an atheist, I'm convinced that no religion is correct.
However, while all religions are essentially delusional, some are more harmful than others. Evangelical monotheism (i.e. christianity, islam and offshoots) are imo the most damaging religions in that they tend to be aggressive, misogynistic and intolerant. Hinduism isn't exactly a bed of roses either. The caste system is absolutely central to the hindu religion, and is also highly repressive.
The least harmful religions are imo the various forms of paganism. Its new-age goobledigook, of course, but its relatively harmless. If I had to join a religion, it would probably be this one. They seem pretty much okay.
