I wonder why you didn't notice it at the beginning. Maybe because I ran afoul of LastPoet, who finds the truth irrelevant?
I believe I explained well and fully via PM why posting links isn't allowed until you've fulfilled the 30/30 rule. I respect LP very much, but he had nothing to do with why I'm disappointed. It only had to do with your own admission. I didn't think you were shilling or spamming until you admitted such to me.
Like I told you via PM, I still have mad respect for you, but this is a community, and we have our rules for that very reason: we don't want post-and-runners; we want people who will contribute to the discussions. I still think you can be one of those people. If you're not one of them, why should we be inclined to help you? We can be an extremely supportive group if you just let us. A lot of this could have been avoided had you even just made an intro post, or if you had asked permission of me or one of the other mods to post your link. Still, though, we wouldn't have allowed it had we known you were only here to ask a favor of a close-knit community who tend to be wary of spamming and trolls. We get a veritable shit-ton of both of those things; another reason for the 30/30 rule.
I really am sorry this all went to shit. I was really excited when I saw your name on a new thread, but if your intentions were as you stated to me, we were right to be on the defensive. I'm sorry if you don't like it, but them's the breaks.
