The writers of South Park don't desecrate other peoples property. This kid desecrated someone else's property....an important element that you are ignoring.
Oh fuck off, no damage was done, and if there had been the charge is not blasphemy but destruction of property, it would be the same if it was a mail box. "Desecration" in the context of this fucked up dark age law is a blasphemy law.
They are not charging this kid for property damage they are charging him for picking on Jebus.
