It's trespass. Anything else is covered by free speech.
If someone walks onto my lawn against my wishes, it's trespass. Flipping me the bird is disrespectful, but doesn't add to the crime.
Jail is too much in this case, it's not only a wastage of the taxpayers hard earned money, but a flat out abuse of power.
Though I agree with one thing, public BJs are not a good thing, even if JC is involved.
