If they're pushing ahead with this bullshit I think Hovind junior should be charged with desecration for jumping up and down on the atheist memorial months ago when it was unveiled.

For the sake of argument lets assume Hovind's action constituted desecration(I don't think it did....but what ever)....I think it should be left up to the community to determine if desecration of that particular monument constituted a crime.

Personally I don't think Hovind should be charged with anything because there was no damage and he was being a self promoting idiot.

I don't think this kid should be charged for the same reasons.

1. No damage was done (apart from people being over-sensitive)
2. He was just being an idiot (and we'd all be locked up if people were arrested for that).
