I believe the Bible is real. I've held quite a few of them in my hands. I don't, however, feel it gives a very accurate portrayal of reality most of the time.

So, you're going to continue believing in nonfalsifiable things until your nonfalsifiable thing is proven wrong? You know that that tautologically can't happen, right?
If I define leprechauns in a way that is sufficiently vague as to leave them nonfalsifiable, I, too could claim to believe in them until proven wrong. It doesn't mean it's a good idea.
