No, islam is an offshoot of judaism, just like christianity is. They have the same stories about Moses and Noah and such. Allah is Yahweh. Or Jehova. Or whatever you want to call him. They aren't worshiping Satan.
What family? Whatever happened to the good old biblical family unit? One man and as many wives and concubines as he can afford?
Equal rights helps us as Humans. It helps society. Slavery is bad. Treating women as chattel is bad. Telling consenting adults that they can't do something because a book says so is bad. What do you mean by destroying the family, anyway?
