God knows everything but he has given us the freedom to obey or disobey him. The evil in the world occurs because all of us have chosen to disobey rather than do what he wants us to do.
His invisible attributes, namely, his eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly perceived, ever since the creation of the world, in the things that have been made. So they are without excuse.
