What we should say about the oppression of ISrael then? It means Torah teaches that they treat Palestinians the way they do?
What about US foreign policy? Is that reflective of the Bible? Their nuking of Japan was a reflection of the teaching of Jesus? They supporting coups and putting in dictators like the Shah is all part of the teachings of the Bible?
Let me tell all three of these fucks no one gets a pass. The elephant in the room is RELIGION itself and everyone is fucking too damned busy claiming it is not. Everyone claims to be about "peace" but what they all really mean is if the others would just submit to being house guests or pets.
If religion were the key to peace we would have had it by now. The real key to peace is to get out of a antiquated myth that promotes tribalism, put that shit on the back burner, and accept that no one label is the center of the universe.
Israel does not get a pass either. No I do not expect that population to leave, but their leaders are lying their ass off playing a bait and switch on the one hand claiming the land grabs are a "Blood entitlement" or "race" issue then when you call them on that they claim their religion is much older.
I really don't buy either as an excuse because if "I was here first" was a good argument then why isn't Israel telling America to give the land back to Native Americans?
Bottom line is that region in antiquity three of the biggest myths that continue to this day to divide humanity. What is absurd is that all of them can look at dead myths no one believes in any more but magically they all think time will not take their myths.
The truth is all boarders, religions and god claims will go extinct in the future when our species goes extinct. Maybe if they would put humanity first and not their stupid myths, we could spend all that wasted resources on weapons and put it to good use solving poverty, pollution and climate change problems.
But as long as the fans of Jesus and Allah and Yahweh, stupidly have their petty pissing contest, we will be distracted as a species from solving real problems that affect all of humanity.
