That is why our answers differ in the way that it does.
I didn't quite say the God is unjust but said I think God is greater then what it he says, and he keeps brushing it off as it could be a misunderstanding. I would think if he misunderstood God's greatness and didn't believe a claim about him believing God would be greater, then God would forgive us for a mistake.
I don't know how bad a god has to be not to forgive people for these type of mistakes in judgement when all they are is high expectations of greatness from our relative perspective of what it means to be great.
