An interesting rant but the original story cited:
The term "bullying" does not appear in the story.
But for the record I don't agree with you. Schools are supposed to educate. If there is a harassment situation it is for law enforcement to investigate. Not a bunch of school administrators.
In case you forgot this is an example of what school administrators do when you give them a little power.
