Yes, I have. Multiple times now.

Your words were:youaren't going to have much time left to do everything else you want to do in life.
What makes you think I am not doing the things I want to do in life? What makes you think I am not satisfied wholly with how my life has turned out?
Oh. Right. I'm an atheist who calls you on your nonsense. Naturally I'm unsatisfied and going nowhere.
You remind me of one of the last morons I dealt with. She talked about how much time she spent handing out religious pamphlets and bibles. I mentioned that I'd once spent part of an afternoon making origami after someone like her had handed me a bible and then refused to take it back after I'd realized what she'd handed me. She told me I was pathetic and I had wasted my time. I pointed out she was wasting her time handing out bibles to people who didn't want them. She said it was the most worthwhile thing she did with her life and it was hateful of me to be critical of her religious beliefs and it was rude to deface/trash the pamphlets she was forcing on people and leaving in a variety of locations. I pointed out that by assuming people needed the bible/tract she was handing out, she was being critical of their religious beliefs, and it was rude of her to try to force the pamphlets on people and leaving as litter everywhere. At which point, she went as far as to call me a, I believe her exact words were 'sad little itch with a b!'
Quote:I really don't, but you do sound angry despite what you say.
ROTFLMAO. Because folks who call you on your nonsense must just be angry people without a life?
Here, read this, no reason why I should repeat it when she put it well enough:

Quote:And why can't I start a thread about how atheists would convert theists, when if you look around you'll find a similar one about theists converting atheists?
Because theists convert. It's part of their dogma. Atheists don't. They don't have a dogma.
Quote:Do you live in the bible belt?
I've lived there. I've lived elsewhere. I don't live there now, and haven't in a long time. Still run into the same behavior I mentioned in my first post. Last three places I lived were 'blue' states.
