Um no you completely missed the point of the op. Unlike theists I do not consider myself the center of the planet or universe. The point was to theists who think we atheists are unfair and single out one religion. Atheist can and do take on each other as well. That is what I mean when I say I don't give atheists a pass either.
The point is you do not give any group of any label, be it political, religious or business a pass. Anything left to it's own devices without question can and will go off the rails if given too much power. It was a statement of the importance of the ability to question and that means everyone and each other. But in doing that all bitch without making direct threats or implied threats of physical violence. It is called civility.
