It's easy to "gain" when you start at zero. Yes, religion is ignorance (but ignorance isn't the proprietary mark of a savage). Yes, the level of education in Western Europe and the US is higher than it is in sub saharan africa....they're still trying to get their -primary- school enrollment numbers up. Not only are they tasked with getting more children to schools, the children underperform when they -are- a member of those who actually attend them. Our best years aren't behind us Lek...please don't make me go through all the ridficulous shit that our "best years" must include..if this were the case (and lets not forget that the past 500 years have been a time in which "the best" has been almost categorically a retreat from every fucking square inch of christianity). Do religious institutions see an emerging market in these areas, and is it lucrative (particularly as their market declines in our areas) ? Definitively and demonstrably, yes. They don't even try to hide that-because there's no sense in hiding it. That's the future of their organizations, they know it, and either they cater to it or they cease to exist. Same as any other business.
