I don't think the other two work out logically. Allah isn't God - he's some inferior god who contradicts his own existence. Christianity, with the element of forgiveness, trumps all other faiths.

Forgiveness huh? Total forgiveness? Nah!
Mark 3:28-30= "anyone who blasphemes the holy spirit shall never be forgiven. This is a sin with eternal consequences"
Also, God doesn't forgive you if you die and don't have your faith in Jesus Christ.

Not all people do bad things, and the bible is clearly authored to have a positive message.

Of course, even if you ignore all of the negative connotations that you guys call metaphors or "out of context"

The point of the story is that people were living unhealthily and the solution of reversing that was by force. By using forgiveness in the form of Christ this is unnecessary. The detail is an exciting story using mass destruction and genocide... it's a story telling mechanism.

God forced everything not on the ark to die because he wanted to? That's not just, that's cruel to his creation. It's God's fault for giving his creations such barren landscapes.

God doesn't kill people for being gay.
Only God is just. No one else can know enough to be.

"If a man lies with a man as one lies with a woman, both of them have done what is detestable. They must be put to death; their blood will be on their own heads." Levictus 20:13

And God himself isn't "just" towards women:

Timothy 2:1="I permit no woman to teach or to have authority over men; she is to keep silent."

How is that just? We don't find out ourselves until just recently.
