Bullcrap,
No, just like theists arguments and 1% arguments, it is about "I like the way things are and any criticism to such is wrong".
There is no historonics on my part. This is about money. It is the elephant in the room. The people who have it are obstructing problem solving. Instead they could use it to problem solve. They don't want to do that anymore than EXXON wants to face they should switch to renewable resources. Gun makers are making too much money and do not care about the flooded market they create.
In terms of evolutionary psychology no matter what subject humans are arguing over it amounts to pattern seeking. Our flawed perceptions in doing such will lead us to cling to what we think works for us. The problem with that is that it far too often creates a bubble without regards to what is happening outside that bubble.
This is about CLIMATE and lack of pragmatism. Money equals power, be that money controlled by a religion, or a political party, OR a business (no matter what business).
You are getting stuck just like an apologist with a holy book. I am talking about CLIMATE and how marketing affects the way we think about everything in life.
So if people are agreeing with me that it is NOT about rights, then there is no excuse to defend the gun makers. Just like other rich companies, they do not have to go away, but they also do not get to control the conversation.
