If you want a better quality of service you remind the state that handing out cars that catch fire on impact isn't okay just because they're being handed out. If it;s your intention that we should only provide healthcare, for example, to those that can't afford it...we already do, so no change there. This has been my position in pretty much all of our conversations about this stuff. You offer alternatives that are indistinguishable from what we already do, as though you weren't aware that this is what we already do...and if that's the case.....are you really qualified to comment?
