For example, I just found out while everyone 'thinks' (Mormons believe) that the angel Moroni told Joseph Smith about the gold plates, it turns out Old Horny Joe originally said it was the angle Nephi. Literally the VERY FIRST THING (!!!!!) Joseph comes up with was incorrect and had to be revised. And he supposedly got all this BS straight from god almighty, who apparently is severely brain damaged.
You can't make up shit like this, and that as lame as Joe was, as hopelessly inept and confused and confusing as he was, as befuddled, contradictory, incredible and ludicrous as every jot and tittle of the amazingly huge pile of crapola he barfed up, we have 12 million of our fellow humans buying it hook line and sinker.
Jesus fucking christ, if I didn't find it hysterically funny, I'd commit suicide.
